Description
The Triclops is a brutal agent of the Eyes of Flames, the Dragon Emperor’s secret police. The half-orc gave himself the new nickname after stealing a magical eye from a captured wizard. He wears the eye in a circlet on his forehead, never realizing the full power of the item. Instead, he uses it to record his vicious interrogations of suspected enemies of the Empire.
As a loyal servant of the empire, the Triclops can use the fire bolt cantrip as a first level wizard. The Eyes of Flame operative always uses the red spice before combat, making him resistant to pain and many kinds of damage.

Eye of the Triclops
Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement)
This crystal orb contains a glowing, unblinking eye. The eye has 120 ft darkvision and 20 ft truesight. While attuned to this item, you can see through the eye in addition to your own sight while you are within 1 mile of the eye.
Stored Vision. You can remotely command the eye to record up to 1 hour of everything it sees. Vision stored in this way can be viewed later while you are touching the eye. While reviewing stored visions, you are blinded to your own surroundings. After viewing, you have advantage on Wisdom checks related to anything you viewed. For example, if you viewed a creature’s movements in and out of its lair, you would have advantage on Insight and Perception checks the next time you face that creature.
