Shadow Legion spell for Dungeons and Dragons

This new spell for Dungeons & Dragons summons a legion of shadow warriors to attack your enemies.


Shadow Legion

5th level conjuration

Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 90 feet
Components: V, S, M (a bone from a fallen warrior)
Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute

You summon a legion of shadow warriors that appear in a 10 foot space within range. When the legion appears, each creature in its space must make a Constitution saving throw. A creature takes 4d10 necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. A creature must also make this saving throw when it enters the spell’s area for the first time on a turn or ends its turn there.

As a bonus action, you can move the legion up to 30 feet. 

At Master and Epic Level. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th to 9th level, the damage increases by 1d10 for each slot level above 5th. Also, the range increases by 20 feet for each slot level above 5th.
