Dagger of the Falling Skies
Weapon (dagger), legendary (requires attunement)
This unique magic dagger is forged from a meteorite that crashed during the Night of Falling Skies and features a hilt made of translucent opal, imbued with powerful magic. The dagger has a special ability to call forth the power of the heavens, channeling the energy of the stars and planets into its attacks.
You gain a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
Moonlit Mastery. When wielded under the light of a moon, the Dagger of the Falling Skies gains an additional 1d6 radiant damage on all attacks.
Starborn Resilience. The Dagger of the Falling Skies grants you resistance to radiant damage, as well as advantage on saving throws against spells and effects that would blind or dazzle you.
Minute Meteor. As an action, you can hurl the Dagger of the Falling Skies at a target within range, causing it to explode on impact. The target and all creatures within a 10-foot radius must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC 17) or take 2d6 fire damage. The dagger magically reforms in your hand at the start of your next turn. This effect can be used once per long rest.
Eclipse Shield. As a reaction, you can create a magical barrier around yourself that lasts for one round. The barrier provides total cover against attacks and moves with you. This effect can be used once per long rest.
Proficiency with a dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
